not till tuesday. im going to give it a bit for more fish to move in. its not worth my time to fish for 6 hours and only take home 18 fish.... i leave for Broken Bow to do some fly fish guiding, and wont be back till monday night. so tuesday night into wednesday looks good to me as long as the gates are on..... and good to meet yall from the TFF, that i have never met before. and good to see all you i have met!

I was out there from 7-9:30 yesterday 11/4 and was just killing them. None of the gates were open until about 9, they opened up one gate. I would say i caught just about one fish every cast, only ended up with 3 keepers though. Hopefully the bigger fish and hybrids will be in sometime next week! I think im heading out there this afternoon around 2 or so

was there tonight from about 8 to 10. Not much going on. Caught 1 shephead. My 9 year old said that a shephead will bring you bad luck for ten years. The buffalo are always in there thick but i could not even get one of those on the hook

sheepheads (aka: freshwater drum) are not bad luck, and i prefer them over sandbass and stripers any day. their meat tastes a lot better.... i catch them every time i fish at the dam.... and i catch fish everywhere i go..... so no bad luck...?

I was there 11/07/09 in the morning and saw a couple of people landing some pretty nice buffalos. I was up in the top, but didn't have a good spot. One of the guys there had a line straight accross that didn't permitt me to cast toward the wall or the gates. Ended up leaving frustrated because of this.
