cant make this one guys, looks like ill be headed back to work at the end of the month and my family and I are making it a reason to have a shin dig out in east Texas.

Not sure why this wouldn't be in October since that's when the big fish competition starts, right?
I'll be heading down to Austin starting in October so I'm not sure I can justify a Sept trip.
It would be more logical, to me, to have grapevine in Sept and Town in Oct.
I know I should have said all this earlier but I just looked at these threads. Sorry if this was already discussed.
Is this logical or is my brain fried?

Changing rules before anyone pays would IMHO be OK.
Or Get Tracy to change date of town comp.
I really don't care. The competition is 6 months long, so plenty of fish will be caught. Lets leave it alone and worry about the big ones in October.

No. I don't fish anymore. I fished The ATC in March, NY in May, and The CAGI in June. That's it for Carping for me. I'm looking forward to getting back down to Austin. I haven't been since March.

Oh hell yeah. Only 2 people have paid their fee so far, and both of them are OK with moving it. TO be included you will need to have payment made by the 24th, so I can get your custom code to you on the 25th (and you can print the image). The sooner the better, $50 common carp big fish $50 big buffalo check it out here: http://txfishes.com/content/view/19/36/Make sure the email address you use to sign up with works, and be sure you're prepared with a tape measure, good camera, and you've read the rules. I'd *highly* recommend entering both, as 'buffalo happen' and ask GG about bait that only catch carp and not buffalo.
