State Farm in Insurance is the best big insurance company in general to deal with.

My boat has been insured with State Farm for about 6 years now. Can't complain. Everything else is with Allstate. Allstate just can't get me what I want for coverage on the boat for the same price as State Farm, even with me being a multiple policy holder.

Karen is awesome. She has listened to me a few times about concerns with my boat and helped me tremendously. The one big claim I have had- she stayed on top of - and I got the check pretty quickly. She even took care of the adjuster who was giving me a little grief. She is one that works for her customers!! Thanks Karen and Skip!

State Farm is no question the best in the book if you ask me...they probably hate me...but, I love them...they where very fair with me in a terrible situation.

Got cars, boat and house with State Farm. Home insurance is a little high but they make up for it on the auto and boat.

and if you ever have a claim, its no hassle. Karen works her tail off for us(the clients)

Just had to talk to Karen on something else. Boy it is good not to have to go through a round robin to get her. I was on the phone 2 minutes and problem solved!

Yeah I signed up with karen last month. She is awesome, had a few issues emailed her and she emailed back within 5 minutes and everything was taken care. Great rates and customer service.

and the service is exceptional!! I trashed my lower unit, resulting in hull and powerhead damage as well.... the adjuster went out and looked at it.. had an $11,000 check in a week No problems at all, and rates didnt increase!! I will be with them(state farm-skip parker/karen lyons) for all my life, i imagine

lol.. still working on selling the old one. the new one is sitting in a storage area, covered and waiting for me to start tinkering with it. It will be covered once I get the new motor on it I wouldnt get on the water without my state farm insurance!!!

I have state farm, but thru a different agency.. wonder if I should call Karen and ask her to transfer me to their agency? Is that possible?

yes it is Sheb. I transferred my wifes into mine when we got together. Karen is magic and can make miracles happen Shes one of those that call you out of the blue just to see how your day is going... its a pleasure having them as an insurance agent! Plus- if I have problems with my vehicle/boat- shes right there to make sure I get what I deserve and get the item back to its original state before the accident!! no short cuts for them! no half arse repair! They make sure its done right, and dont skimp on the repair.
