Pat Ive said before I havent started pouring, but for a poor boy aspirin head I have taken some ball heads and put in a vise till I get the shape I want.It also leaves a nice little checker pattern.

What about machining out a regular jig mold to the correct shape with the dremel and that carbide cutter..round with flat head. I think it might work.

Why don't you just squeeze your roundhead jigs after you pour then. Lead is soft enough to do that with right?
