Went to Sandlin yesterday with a friend. Got out about 2:00 pm. Left ramp and hit our first brush pile about 300 hundread yards from the ramp. In about an hour had 4 different species of fish, 14 crappie in the box and about that many unders. Went to 2 other piles and had good luck. Ended the day with 28, several over 15 and lost a number of good keeper fish right at the boat before we could get the net. All on jigs. Also one bass about 4 pounds, put it back for the bass boys.
