This is a photo of a 7fter we cought from the bank of the trinty river. We guided Matt Hughes and his son this day and had a awsome time being that we blew up a 700hp bigblock on our airboat on our way to the secret fishing hole. We ended up makeing the best of it with a trolling motor and fishing from the bank where there wasn't very many fish to fish for. We fought this fish for about an hour. We had to work her through a tree top to finaly land her. If we didn't have 130lb test. It would of never happend.

here is a picture of me and the host of river monsters From Animal Planet with A huge fish. It was allmost 7ft long. They filmed most of the show with us on our ranch that borders the Trinity River. I am in the middle.

I dont think the regulations will affect us and i am for gar regulations to an extent. I know first hand u can over fish big gar in an area by bow fishing. I am promoting more r&r cause you dont kill the fish and you can catch the same one over and over. I still love to bowfish for them. but i dont do it for my own pleasure any more unless it for a video or something.
