my dear wife, has shown some interest in kayaking today. was wondering, where could i take her?? looking for a user friendly site, that has some scenery, that might spawn some, but not very much ineterest into the sport!!

Hwy 16 just south of PK dam on the Brazos River has an easy put in and is one of the most scenics rivers I've seen in TX.

N W Ft Worth has a nature preserve right near Jackson Hwy and 820 or something like that


plus you have the trinity right there with access and a big park named uh uh

well, we ended up at the fort worth nature center, and it was a great trip. no fish caught, but trip was a huge success. she had fun, and did great!! saw some deer, egrets, and 1 alligator!!!! she was a trooper, and will do it again!!
