It 1990 GM 4.3L V6 (Inboard) the engine the same as 1990 Chevy S10,
-Engine start good at first time and every time
-Idle good at 650RPM
-Timing 6deg. BTDC
**All spak plug are smoking back**
*remove carburetor clean with cab cleaner, found the rubber at the carbu. pump are brokend, Repalce new one.
- Float are open & close the needle properly
-Check all the plug wire are read good resistance
-Got good spaking on each plug
Only can get engine up to 2000RPM and that far it go can't go over that.
Please help what wrong with this engine?

wrong spak-plug Heat rang incorrect.
I did put new breaker point some house it not working correct so I put the old one back, bammmmm it work.
