im going to try out a pond here in coppell for buffalo for the multispecies contest. I need to know how I should fish it, where to set up, and what bait, ect.

How do you know there are buffs in it ?

I have seen black fish over 2 feet long along the bank before, but they havent been along there lately

They may be grassers.

they are pretty deep bodied
I'm leaving now, baits?

moore road park. it's apparently full of crappie and HUGE flatheads

caught 3 bullheads and a bluegill. saw a couple roll at the surface so at least they were there

Aha, I've been wondering about that place too. It's not too far from Lewisville so I had planned on some exploratory sessions there once the fall bite picks up. Aren't there two different lakes there? I's a really beautiful looking body (bodies) of water.

is it near a river I know of only 1 pond that holds buff's you don't find them normally in cfl's unless it gets flooded by the trinity or something....
