any good spots around baytown for reds or flounder

Try the HL&P outflow just easy of McCollum park. You can see it on a map of Trinity Bay.

Also, Anahuac is a good place for wading and fishing for reds, specs, and flounder.

Note: you might get a better response in the Salt Water section!
