what lake was taken out in leiu of ray roberts for the metro plex div

It actually is an addition. This past season was a five lake schedule. RR makes it a six lake schedule for next year. As for changes, Bonham was removed and Lewisville put in it's place.

Although I think the overall schedule will work and the Cedar Creek, Bob Sandlin and Lewisville dates have been confirmed, please don't forget this is a PROPOSED schedule for your review and comments. This is NOT cast in stone YET and is open to suggestions.

The complete schedule should be finalized early September. It has become VERY difficult to put a schedule together and get everything you would like in the over saturated Texas market!

What about White rock lake for the championship in the November . The top eight fish that great fishery

I like everything except Ray Roberts. Should move them to grapevine. Anywhere but RR.

i got a chance to fish ray roberts this weekend, was impressed with structure and overall outlook on the lake, but could not find any grass on that lake.

im not to set on lavon being in the metro plex division. but i know alot more people are happy to see that lake on the schedule than i am. cant make everyone happy. so other than lavon, i have no complaints on the metro plex schedule

Trade Ray Roberts for Bonham.

Mike, I like your proposed schedule...count me in for the metro-plex div.

? Would you guys that are interested in the Metro-Plex division rather see Bonham in lieu of one of the other choices, such as Tawakoni or Lewisville?

Remember that Bonham has an $8.00 permit fee that's good for one year from the date of purchase.

The Metro-Plex schedule looks good.

i would like to see lewisville go rather than t-wok, and put bonham in place of lewisville

since I am thinking about fishing this, I will comment. Bonham doesnt have any proximity to the metroplex. Its a solid 2 hour drive for anyone thats not in east or north dallas. Id suggest keeping the lakes the way they are. If there was a lake you could use a replacement, a metroplex lake would be grapevine. Ive fished it twice, so this is not a personal favorite, but its a much easier drive than bonham and Im live in east texas. i personally think it looks good as it is though.

Just a comment: If you live East of 635, Bonham is not any farther than Cedar Creek/Log Cabin. At least not from Sachse and the way CABA gets to each lake 'cause I checked it. It takes me less time to get to Bonham than it does to CC! But of course it depends on where East of 635 you coming from.

I like the metro plex schedule, my only suggestion is maybe flip the dates of RR with Lewisville and Tawakoni with Lavon. I think these lakes would fish a little better with the changed dates (or at least for me...). Some may disagree, thats just my 2 cents.

4/24 - Ray Roberts Change to Lewisville
5/8 - Lewisville Change to RR
6/26 - Tawakoni Change to Lavon
7/27 - Lavon Change to Tawakoni

That was one reason why I hesitated to make the Bonham comment, as getting to Log cabin can be pretty time consuming. While it does seem a lot of anglers come from east of the metro, maybe a larger would come from west if the tournament catered to them.
