Last year, I bought my license at this time and asked (as well as paid for) a year to date option. I couldn't believe it. What a Magoo moment. Of course, I bought it at Wally World, so the clerk didn't know any better. SIGH!! Lessons learned!

I get the Super Combo. I should've bought the Lifetime back when it was 250 bucks.

I'm breaking down and getting the lifetime this week. I should have gotten it a long time ago though. It's not too late to complete the application and mail it in to TPWD.

The lifetime combo fishing and hunting license is still $1,000 until September 1st. Then it goes up to $1,800!

I have an opening on Friday September 4th for anyone who wants to contribute to my lifetime license fund.

The lifetime for hunting or fishing is 1000 dollars or you can buy a combo for 1800 dollars. The book say you can upgrade either the fishing or hunting with in the year for 800 if decide later for both.

Actually, it's still $1000.00 for the combo, $600.00 for each individual, and if you want to upgrade one of those inside of a year, then you have to pay an additional $400.00. Below is the link to the application.
