Ok, Im going out fiday morning. Got the day off and everything. Anyone got any suggestions? I haven't got the tnt slabs yet, should I? I really want to have a good day out there, been a long time since I ve been off work. Anyone with any help would be appreciated. We have had luck with the sandbass around the island, using soft shad lures but nothing big. Im giving it a go in the morning friday.

I think when they're on the surface you could throw a cigarette butt and they would hit it.

Fishing was pretty tough this morning, wind was white capping at first, no surface action found, found a few on the humps at the dam. Pick up a few hellpet, good luck.

Even Me. Seems like every time my buddys bring up a big catch it's when we've caught them on top. I'd prefer to catch the bigger ones under the school myself but hey, I'm greedy.

I go for what bites. Here lately it's Sandbass and bunches of em. I tend to fish for either Sandies or Cats or both.
