Thanks jason for posting them
The 3 pictures on top is me with some river carp from holland
They are not the biggest carp I caught in holland but they show how much they differ from each other in shape and colour
And they show me so you know how dutch leo looks like ( yep I am not brad pitt)

Pic no 4 shows how wide these rivers realy are some times its very hard to find the fish!

Pic 5 shows a side creek of the river where setting up is more easy its where those bad [censored] beavers eat just behind the bivy
^6-7 is the river and how we fish there right now
You need the boat not only for transportation over the water
But also for baiting up and finding clear spots in the weedIts the hardest way of fishing because there are a lot of big cargo ships stopping for nothing and the strong currents and high winds
making fishing plans very difficult
But nobody does it so we have the whole river to our selves and thats pretty awesome for europe with his army of carpers

Wow, big rivers! We don't have any rivers quite that big in Texas, but we do in some other parts of the country.

Thanks guys and jesse that flag is a marker for the real big cargo ships
They pass me 10yrds behind that point thats where the old river bed is they cause one hell of a current when they pass!!
My mate had his biggest fish (51lbs) at the exact moment when a ship passes
So the carp dont care about ships as long as they are in the deeper water

And guys this is also the reason why I need so much bait!!!
You only need one of those ships to pass.....and all the bait is gone!( to much current )
