JB,
It's really good! There is a lot of bank space, it's not far away, and best of all there are not only common carp but also exotic koi and mirror koi. Just ask White Rock Jesse.
It has buffalo too.

I would try any of the parking areas; the Fisher Road area is where we met last month for the LSCB over-nighter get together. There were some nice looking spots both dam-ward from that area as well as upstream from it. It is a beautiful lake, so enjoy it! I sure wish we had something like it in Houston!

How safe is this place at night ? I was thinking of going to THIS spot or THIS spot for some catfish.

I honestly don't know. I have fished it only once and I met up with WRJ. I don't even remember where that was. You would have to ask one of the WR regulars.

Well I guess I'll have to wait for White Rock Jesse to get online.
