What brand do you have for your trolling motor? Looking to replace mine and would like some input. Thanks

Get a gel cell. More $ but worth it. Optima or Orbital by Exide. Both are very good

Interstate, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

There was a post a while back about a code for ordering an Optima and getting a special deal for TFF'ers.

Me too Guy, I have Interstate in my boat, it just won't die I guess. I was thinking of getting an Optima but my Interstate are still going and going and going. grin

The best.

thumbJust to have an option, like I said the gel-cell batteries are more expensive but well worth it. When I researched prior to buying for my TM, the Orbital by Exide won the race only because I saved about $15 against the best price for Optima of same specs that I found at Sam's Club. FYI. Academy carries the Orbital.

I've had great luck with the walmart deep cycle. I almost never tie off to anything. I'm a trolling fool. These batteries always give me 2+ years. Keep in mind that I fish year round and at least once a week.
