These are 1/8 and 1/16 jigs . What can I do to make them better?

Sloe, they are looking very good.

The only suggestion I would have is to not cut the tails.Try and stack,or line up the tips of the feathers before you tie them in.

Very good color combo's !

Thanks folks. I am trying to get better at this. Maybe on the next jig swap i won't be to embarrassed to enter it.
