No, the boat has been titled, so it would be a second owner.

When I purchased my boat it was 3 months old and previously titled. I got my credit union to give me new boat financing..
some lenders may do the same now..

Boy, I'm glad I'm out of the game, having to sell a boat every year was tough, I bets its tougher now. I was on the Ranger Inshore Saltwater Team for a few years, loved the boats, hated the selling part.

Best GPS speed you have seen under any circumstance?

75 and change on GPS. I've never had it past break in without all my gear in it. If I ran a light load and went up an inch on the prop, figure it's legitimately a 77 or 78 mph boat then.

Was passed running wide open for the first time all year at the last FLW Tour event at Champlain. The rest of the year, including 77 miles one way each day at KY Lake, she mowed the rest of the field down.

Your supposed to say "your grandmother only drove it to the store on Sundays", not how fast it is for 77 miles! LOL JK
