Check out the local tire or custom shops. They do take offs and then turn them around for substantial savings. NTW is National Tire Warehouse. These are not the same tires but they are substantially less expensive and come with wheels. They are also within driving range. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/18-TOYOTA...sQ5fAccessories

I bought 285/75/16 load range E, BFG AT/KO for $965 out the door with lifetime balance and rotation from Discount Tire last year.
Then I sold the take offs for $400. Of course they gave me a sizable discount since I'd purchased about 3 sets of tires from them in the past year.

Call Mill Street tire in Lewisville, and ask for Travis. 972-221-4095, good people, he is a fisherman. I just put a set of TOYO's on the SUV, 235/60R18, he made me a good deal. Much , much better than anyone else.

I have purchased the same tire for my diesel load range E I think and I was able to get them @ cost for 1050.00 OTD, I have sold a ton of tire sets for this shop thus the discount but he stated that these cost the huge bucks because very few manufacturers are making 18" truck rims so selection is low I paid around 800 otd a few years earlier with a lessor discount for a set of 16" I love the tires for the northeast winters here but feel the new ness or initial wear is quick then they wear like bricks good luck with your search

Prices have gone nuts with all these new rim sizes. This is why I insisted on 16" wheels on my F150 and I am glad that is what my Tacoma came with. I researched prices before I bought the F150 and the other option at the time was 17". The tires were about $40 more for basically the same overall diameter.

I just bought some Toyo's from discount tires. 325/65R/18 for 1141.00 out the door including the road warranty. Thought that was pretty good. It was $1029.00 without the road hazzard warranty.

I just looked at some prices in Wal Mart and it looks like the 17s are getting close in price to the 16s. I am sure at one time it was the size of the production run because on a 265 for example there is actually less material in a 17.

My nephew has been running Toyos for about 4 yrs now. Good mileage and relatively cheap. He's running a 4dr,4wd dodge diesel and puts close to 90k a year on a truck.

You might try Sam's Club. Every once in a while you can get them significantly cheaper there. They will also warranty them and stand behind them as well. I have bought a couple sets for my old Dodge Dakota 4x4. I will be going back when the new tires wear out on my 08 Tundra.

Check Costco and see if they have that size. I think that BFGoodrich is going to have a $70.00 mail in rebate in a week or two.

I would look at Toyo and nitto. Both very good tires and significantly cheaper than BFG.
