FOLKS...I my wife and I were impressed!!! I chose to hire Jay (a TFFer) vs a national chain. I have not sealed the grout in my kitchen since 2003 and unfortuantely it has take on some stains that bleach and other over the counter chemicals wouldnt remove.

Jay called me yesterday to conform the appt, he showed up this morning ON TIME, great personality, a professional, and gave my job 110% from start to finish. I thought for sure I would have to regrout but Jay and his knowledge/equipment came through. Plus you cant beat having a TFFer come into your house especially one that shows up with updated equipment. Then after he finished, he talked a little about fishing!

After reading the above good reviews I decided my carpet needed cleaning also, so I gave Jay a call. I was a little concerned since I live in Garland and he was in Flower Mound. After a short visit on the phone with a exchange of information I made an appointment for today. Jay arrived in Garland right on time and did an excellent job on the carpet cleaning. Jay is very knowledgeable of his trade and is a 110% stand up guy. I actually feel good about recommending this man to anyone in need of any type floor or upholstery cleaning.

I do not work for chem dry and there "method" is nothing new under the sun. I use several different methods and tailor the system I use to the type of carpet a client has.
