man i wish, don't think ill be able to get back out there till this weekend but you gotta fish from sunrise to sunset as far as i know, but they were hitting nice and hard at 1 before we left so i dont think the heat will run them out

ill let you know when i go back though, it will be very very soon

ill probably hit the Pool again then or maybe if im in north dallas area lewisville barge

ok, so learned something about Sunset park swim on LW, its only about 10 feet or so, a little deeper i think in some spots but probably not too much, and i got a new PB there today! pics coming soon, i was by myself today so the pics kinda suck but non the less a new PB for Buffalo!

and my new pb buffalo at 17lbs, hurried to take the pic, the fish was a hell of a fight in water and on the bank, had trouble getting the hook out so he was out of the water for what i would say was just a little too long

and don't worry guys, i picked up those cigarette butts of mine...plus about 20 other pieces of trash that other people had left out there during the week, it was cool though bc the city has community service workers come by and clean the park and shore line every so often, i helped the guys out a bit so i would get my mind off of my reels lol

yeah, the buff's hit the sweet maize today, only caught carp on my spicy mix, also, i'm making sure not to split the maize when putting in on the hair, but several times too many i reeled in, no maize on the hair, but i still had my bait stopper, any ideas on why this happens? My maize is fairly tough, and BMChris and Jesse you should be proud of me, i only lost one fish today bc i was busy trying to catch another and couldn't figure out how to work both rods lol, i know i know, its a tough life

Yeah grats last trip i let someone reel my personal best in so they can see what carp fishing is all about. But thats not going to happen this time!

that buffalo in the first set of pics would have been a personal best for me but i let a buddy reel him in lol, but its all good i did 3 lbs better this time out
