Well, CV & I went to Cedar Creek this morning (6:30am). Weather was beautiful & wind was around 5mph. We hit about 7 brush piles & 1 bridge. We ended up 9 keepers, 3 hybrids, & 8 sand bass. CV lost a huge slab. His bail came undone, line got loose, & slab got away. The slab was almost to the boat. I saw the slab & man it was huge. Even though the crappie was not hitting as hard we had a wonderful time. Beats sitting in the office. It was good to be out with CV. He can teach you a lot of things about crappie fishing. Thank you CV. We'll hook up again soon.
