OG 1.090 We'll see what she ferments down to. Oh and starless, I've got 86 IBU in there. A bit soft for you. LOL


Mmmmm....Sounds delicious already! Sounds like a pretty good OG, too. As for the 86 IBUs...Much as I really love my super hopped beers, and IBUs over 100 in my Double IPAs...

In an Imperial Stout? That should be awesome. Just enough bitterness to balance the sweetness without overpowering it.

I am aging some Stone Imperial Stout right now. I really oughta grab a six of Bigfoot to do the same while it's still available.

Starless, have you ever had a Pliny the Elder DIPA? I had the opportunity saver this nectar of a brew last evening. All I can say is Wow!

I'll be trying to brew something similar very soon.

No I have not! But am I very interested! What's the brewery, and more importantly, where did you get it?! ( Gonna go look it up on Beer Advocate right now lol. )
