The crankbaits (lucky craft) and swimbaits (spro) I don't think so? were dead on. I have not seen a difference in numbers caught between using the H2O brand and expensive ones. The popper (yellow magic), TWS (Lucky Craft Sammy), and Frog (Spro) Reaction Innovations are good baits, but not as good as the original. They will all catch fish, but the expensive baits will outfish them.

The Academy H2O's caught some fish for me on Rayburn a couple of weeks ago. About the only thing I did not like is that the hair on the rear hook is a little thin, but that can be fixed pretty easy.

I caught a fish on my first cast on it at about 11 AM on Sunday, so I don't know whether that's a good sign or I'm jinxed.
I did catch two more on it afterwards. Not bad for the middle of a sunny day.

The H2O frogs are most like a snag proof bobby's perfect frog. As far as hollow bodies, they aren't even close to the spro or swamp donkey in design, or the boze sumo at that.

I have had one tied on since September of last year and I am still using the same bait that has probably caught 200+ fish and i love it. The only thing I did is change the hooks out when I baught it.
