Anyone want to be an Alternative Finance (aka Factoring) Broker? It's easy: if you know of a company seeking Working Capital to expand their business or to supplement their operations while waiting for invoices to be paid, all you have to do is forward that lead to me. I'll have a Senior Financial manager contact your lead. If our company agrees to finance their operation, you'll make a commisson based on the total amount. Brokers can make six figure incomes. We also have individuals who simply use it as a supplemental income. If you have questions or leads, PM me with your phone number. I'll call you to explain the details.

I'm looking to make some quick cash. I've been in sales for the past 8 years. I've been the sidekick for my dad doing flooring both tile and wood. I wouldn't mind learning painting though. I'm available like yesterday.. PM if you have anything or know someone that does or call Danell @ 817-424-3079. Thanks in advance.

Looking for someone to complete some projects in the N. Fort Worth area. With the economy the way it is, I'm trying to find some TFF'rs to keep the $$$ in the family.
Project 1: Laminate wood floors throughout the bottom floor of my house. That would include a small living room and kitchen, utility room, small hallway, and master bedroom. I'm also looking to tile two small bathrooms. All work together is probably around 1000 sq. ft.
Project 2: I need a wooden fence replaced, including posts, and one gate, around a small back yard. Not looking for anything fancy, just standard wooden fence with a gate.
Project 3: I need gutters put on the house. The house is a little over 1700 square feet if that helps.
Again, I know how bad things are and I would love to pass the work on to someone who could use it. If there is someone reputable out there that can take on all three projects, all the better but this is not required. References and/or pictures of completed jobs will be required.
Shoot me an email at gdburkham@aol.com. I don't check my PM's very often.

Looking for a job myself. I do Administrative Assistant, all types of office work, have arranged banquets, and many other organized events. I was laid off over a year ago and have spent the past year working a temporary position with an employment agency that was completed. Now, the agency has no work available. Been posting on the regular job networks online and so far nothing. Any leads or info would be appreciated.
