Has anyone fished Fern Lake outside of Nacogdoches? Is it a public lake?

I have fished it a few times in the past. It is a private lake tho.

I saw a Fern Lake Fishing Club sign on the HWY, do you have any idea how to join and or cost,,Thanks

I think you have to own a cabin out there or have a place leased to get in.. I have not been out there in years so i may be wrong. I have a friend who's family has a little place out there, i will ask him for you. It is a nice little lake tho.
