Are any of these ponds in Stonebridge fishable without the security issue or are they all fish 'em fast and stealthy? I'm all for the covert ops but I'd like to find a good producer where I can take my little girl.

How do they know if you live there or not? What if you give them an address near there? Or do they want to see your drivers license or something? I have fished over there and never been checked.

You can fish them but if the security guy comes you best be packing your things up since they will run you off. They issue Stonebridge Ranch ID's to all the homeowners in Stonebridge. Since all those areas are paid for and maintained with homeowners association dues, they are within their right to make you leave. But the fishing has been pretty good at the pon over by Virginia and Stonebridge. thumb

I fished Nora Haney park yesterday afternoon and I caught 4 nice ones in about 1.5 hours of fishing. Someone had caught a couple and cleaned the fish on the shore and threw the carcases back in the water. Not cool. With people doing that I can understand why they want to run off outsiders.

The turtles sure enjoyed the treat left behind. They were pulling them out to the middle and snacking on them the entire time I was there.

I live in Stonebridge and me and a buddy have been fishing Nora Haney lately with good results. He caught a 4.7 this week. I lost one right yesterday at the shore that got caught up in the grass that was probably going to give that one a run for its money. We catch several 2-3 lbs everytime in just fishing a couple of hours.
We did get checked by security yesterday for the first time and I showed my Stonebridge ID so we were fine but he was kicking people out that didn't have ID's.

Nora Haney park is on Lake Forrest between Virginia and El Dorado. Nice lake. Which one is Wildwood?
