My girlfriend is out on this trip. So Kurtis's dad or whoever is next in line can have the spot. Thanks for being patient with me.

Dad is in for sure... I'll have him mail out a check to TOO so that everything is square. No problem with the holding out. Maybe you'll find out later that she can go and grab an extra spot.
Thanks for letting us know.

Will do.
Glad your dad is gonna be on the trip. My girlfriend is going on SonOne for the 12 hr trip. If she likes it, we may jump on one mid summer

Sweet... I don't think my wife will ever get on another offshore boat. She has given it one more chance about 6 times. Just means I can go on twice as many trips for the same price...;)

I don't know the official departure time, I went with 11AM, so that would make it 13,401,506 seconds from right........ NOW! bannana2

Lite-liner and I went to Port A last Thursday and the seas were poop. We got out of the jetty in his boat and turned around and came back in. Some small random fish inside the Jetty but not a productive trip. I think we were there a few days early. I am waiting to hear about a floater trip for this weekend with another friend, then Sonone, Tuna VIII and TBB in the next few months. Must eat more tuna to make room for more. Bought a dozen snapper slappers at bass pro for 3.77 each!! I will need a wheelbarrow for the tackle. Also just got the carbon drags from Alan Tani for my second Thunnus 16000, now need a rod for it. Thinking about the 8 1/2 FT oti Popper rod. I think I have 8 or so combos now. Please stop me!! My brakes are broken!!

I can't wait for this trip. My big fish pot money is ready. Folks are spending all their stimulus money renting margarita machines!!! But I am saving a machine for our trips.

I'll tell you what. The tuna sniper casting ability and action is damn hard to beat for the money. Last SC trip i was clearing anybody elses casts by 30 yards easy. It was hard for me to believe how effortlessly you could wing them out there.

Are you talking about the OTI 8 1/2ft tuna sniper?

Yup.
I only have one other right now. I want another 7'6" OTI. I am sad that I sold the one I had.
I love the Tuna sniper but fear if I hook a fish over 100# i am going to be in a fight for my life. I have images of a cow making a run and using the rod like a catapult, launching me off of the boat...haha
