The place to complain about slow response or bad service is the corporate office,it does not matter what the product is the main office needs to know when you are dissatisfied,just maintain your cool and suggest to them that they do not have enough people manning their phones.I have dealt with several corporate offices and they tell me that they are not aware of a problem unless someone tells them and this always gets the ball rolling in high gear.Just be nice
