I work from home for a small truck line, taking care of the permits, insurance, dispatch, billing, and payroll.
The owner of the company knows that physical difficulties involving both myself and my wife necessitate my working at home, therefore he is able to pay pretty much what is convenient to him.

I drove hazmat tankers for 16 years, moving to the dispatch office in the mid 80s. So am pretty well-versed in what I need to do and how to attend to the duties involved.

I am unable to conduct sales, as I despise telemarketers who call upon me.
I could be counted upon, however, when it comes to record-keeping, locating information, excel work, or just figuring out what or how to do most anything somebody wants done.

If you can use some help easing your workload a little, feel free to give a shout. I'll be happy to talk with you.

Out of work IT guy whose stuck in between being entry level(which no one is hiring for) and junior to mid level opportunities.

Long story short, I'm now venturing out of IT and am willing to look at anything that having a $40k piece of paper(i.e degree and debt) might affront me.

I'd prefer not to have to relocate from the North side of DFW if at all possible.
