you can buy the fryer and bird for less than you can buy one turkey and it will most likely taste better.

But the signs I've seen to buy one someone else does is about 40-50

I think they might, but I'm not sure. I don't have a fryer, but I might get one and give it a try. However, if I can get it for a decent amount, it would save me a lot of trouble.

get the fryer, then you can use it for fish and you can deep fry all kinds of like pork tenderloins, beef rib roast, chickens year round

Popeyes has them for $35. They have great dressing and gravy too.

Ratz has the right idea. Nothing better than it being real fresh. Not one that has been sitting most of the morning. It is hard to mess up if you have a thermometer and and a watch.
