fished out of caney creek.stayed near the boat ramp.6am-2pm.
ended up catching 10 total.one was right at 6lbs. on t-rig
mardi gras trick worm.rest were caught on same and wat/red wtless fluke.pretty nice out,not to windy.77deg water temp.

I swear Ryan, I launch at Caney 90% of the time and see everybody fishing Little Caney and both points going into it and out at the Churchhouse steps ... I never have good luck at these places. I'll fish Caney flats and mostly go across to Veach where I always catch fish.

Ryan- you must have caught them all because I fished the boat ramp point, main lake point and the island throwning pretty much what you did and couldn't catch a keeper on Sat. I didn't see a topwater bite at all. It was real slow for me. The guy in the cabin next to me said they limited on TR brushogs on the 15-25' breaklines in timber
