I fry KF fresh or frozen. The key is to cut into small pieces and fry in small batches. I've grilled KF and it tasted good too. I used the World Harbors Fajita Marinade on the KF and grilled it over Mesquite coals and I ate a ton. Remember to be carefull of KF consumption in the quantity and frequency of how often you eat it. It has mercury in it.

haha, anyways, marinate it and grill it. i guess everyone is different, i can't tell the difference but my dad will gag and vomit at anything fishy'er then crappie or catfish. its all good to me. i like lots of citrus like lime and lemon some nice garlic butter to baste with (watch out for the flair-ups) then some spicy stuff like Slap Ya Mama in the red can. make some tacos outta that with a little pico and corn tortillas
