Anglers Lodge 1st Annual Amistad Big Bass Tournament
November 15th and 16th , 2008

Announcement :

The Anglers Lodge and Tackle Shop in conjunction with RiverSlung Custom Baits, SureLife Catch and Release, Strike Pro Lure Co.,Spit-N-Fire Lure Co.,3:16 Lure Co., and Massive Baits Lure Co., proudly present the 1st Annual Amistad Big Bass Tournament here on the Big Blue, Lake Amistad.
Tournament Dates : November 15th and 16th, 2008
Entry Fee : $ 200 per angler
No limit to # of entries.
Tournament Payout : 100 % of all entries/less polygraph cost
3 places paid
1st place - 50% of entry fees
2nd place - 30% of entry fees
3rd place - 20% of entry fees
Fish Limit - 1 Largemouth or Smallmouth per day
Overall top 3 fish for both days will win place money.
1st Place if staying at Anglers Lodge will receive 2 nights free stay.
ShareLunker Mystery Prize.
1st Place if caught on RiverSlung Custom Baits- 2 Dobyn's Rods.
Door prizes will also be given away at final weigh-in.
Registration - November 14th - 4pm to 10pm
November 15th - 5am-6am
If unable to make date/time of registration, come by the lodge and I will be there to assist you except for weigh-in times. You may register at anytime during or before the tournament. However, if registering during the tournament, your livewell will be checked before getting on the lake.

NO OFF LIMITS FOR PREFISHING
No guides allowed currently registered at Lake Amistad
Polygraph test for all 3 places
Tournament hours - 6am to 3pm.
No fishing before 6am.
All fishing will cease at 3pm.
Weights will be posted on the dock for the current leading weights for all 3 places.
Drive through weigh-in at Diablo East Fish Tube.
Weigh-in will begin at 2 pm each day. Scales will close at 4pm each day.
ShareLunker Tanks and Scales will be available throughout entire tournament.
NO DEAD FISH WILL BE WEIGHED.
Trailering is allowed.
Kill switch and Life Jackets will be worn anytime main engine is in gear.
OFF LIMITS WATER IS INSIDE DIABLO EAST RAMP AND MARINA MAIN LAKE POINTS.
You may launch at anytime to go to your hole, but no fishing until designated start time.

I did not get enough fishing at the Sun Country championship. ready to come back down.

No off limits for prefishing. Can do it all ya want. Only offlimits that we will have is the water itself. There will be no fishing inside the main lake points of Diablo East, where the ramp is. Other than that, have at it !
