Yup, that pond used to hold some catfish and crappie a few years ago, but it seems like now carp are the main thing swimming around in there.

Usually the ponds where you gotta "sneak a cast in" are the best ones lol.

I live up the street in irving about 5miles from that pond. I have always wondered if there was anything in that pond.
Why do you have to sneak in to fish? is there a sign posted?
Also I saw that someone said they have caught some bass at six flags. Are there signs posted there also?

yes, and yes(sorry all you goody two shoes,i am somewhat of a rebel, and thrill seeker) both ponds are posted, but the one at six flags is patroled by abunch of kids in ford rangers, and sometimes you can fish for hours without being spotted. if spotted at six flags, try your best to get out before they get too close to you, if you cant get away, jsut play dumb and say"i didnt know you cant fish here" and they will send you on your way. i do not advise casting, and then proceeding to catch a fish during the course of the security guard telling you to leave(i did that once, mizar5 is my witness) because that can never be good. i can tell you more info on where to cast out there if you want me too!!! but remember be quick and alert and you will be allright, and for gods sake, dont wear any bright flaming colors!!?!?!???1

I like it, tonyp...stealth fishing...just put on your turkey hunting camo, maybe a ghillie suit, full face paint...crawl in on your belly with your rod cradled like an m-16, and snipe them fish!....lmao.

hey the harry potter invisibility cloak works good, but they are so darn hard to come across. and it is hard to get one that will cover up your rod and reel.

Have anyone try to throw a line in the fish tank in a grocery/pet shop store? Now that is one awesome challenge!
