yes it will but it is a small hub i dont use one but some boats may need the blowout ring to limit the hole shot slip i have the same spare prop for my boat but i run a 24 raker with cup ,it just seems to run better

Well, It its a OMC style,, probably.
Fit and working right are not the same thing.
I tried a Mercury Vengeance 21 pitch on my boat and it had a great hole shot but I hit 5500 at 45 MPH. I now have a Mercury High Five 25 pitch and I have a good hole shot and the boats tops out at 60 at 5600. It all depends on the boat. You need try it and see how it does on your boat.

g dont see how you can get the same rpms almost out of those 2 props , say for instance if you had those on a 200 merc and a 19 foot bass boat that 21 would be over revving like crazy did you get those numbers on the same motor and rig

cause they are different blade designs. that's the confusing part for alot of guys. they think a 25 is a 25 and it's all about blade design.

I ran a 96 model 400TE Javelin/225 Venom, 5600rpm. 26p Raker, 75mph. I then put a 5.5 offset plate on it, ran 71......took it off, back to running 75 .......Some boats just don't perform as well with a offset plate.
