McCain and Palin do well because they don't have to hide their past and who they are. That's the root of Obama's uh, umm, errrr problem. He has to filter what he says. Liberals cover for him by claiming he's nuanced. Nuanced is another word for evasive. I hope McCain gets to explain the Keating mess. Maybe Obama's advisers can explain Freddie, Fannie and Keating. Obama has the trifecta of corruption advising him.

Interesting that Obama who has been a senator for 2 years should explain the Fannie and Keating scandal when they have a senator who was there to witness the whole mess right on hand.

McCain has already accepted the resignation of his economic guru. Phil Gramm could probably say something about it but I don't know if I'd think his perspective would have much of a positive influence for McCain.

McCain, whether just or not, is running from his past of voting with the Bush administration.

Remember now. Obama has no past. He never ran anything. He never produced anything.........these thoughts were made by leading right wing conservative TFFers at one time or another.

McCain needs to ignore that Obama is even in the room. Just roll George W Bush under the bus and run over him for 90 minutes.

Obama's lies will not stop. Allison is correct. You cannot run against Obama's record...he has none. You cannot point out the folly of his positions - he has none. He has taken both sides of so many issues how would you pin him down. He will just "refine" his position once proven wrong.

Obama has made a laundry list of promises. The Congress just spent all the money and a lot more. He cannot proceed with his wish list. There is no money unless he wants to increase our debt more than we could ever imagine. The media knows this and will not ask him.

its funny, obama has no resent record, but the obama campaign doesnt think we should talk about his past.....

so i guess we should only go by his word and discount his whole life?

Good post please guys. I cannot watch. I get too angry at the incessant Obama lies. I want to reach through the tv and just smack the carp outta the lying scumbag. He has points to make, why not do it honestly?
