I have bought and sold many items here and the majority have been pleasant transactions. The last 2 transactions have really left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not name names, but you know who you are.
All I can ask from the members of this forum is to be HONEST about the product you are trying to sell. If something is wrong with the product, tell the potential buyer about it up front. I would have still purchased the last 2 products but it would have been nice to know about the problems when the deal was made. Think of how you would feel if you were in my shoes.
Maybe I'm wrong, but the 3 most important things when selling products here is HONESTY, HONESTY, and HONESTY!

Dude, I'm sorry about that. That doll was holding air last time I saw her Sorry you had a bad experience bankbeater...I haven't had a bad experience from the TFF (aside from meeting you) However, ebay and craigslist have cost me a little bit of money...One item on craigslist, numerous items on ebay The TFF is filled with a bunch of great people, from what I can tell, even you, bankbeater... I'm not trying to single out anyone. I would expect these kind of things on craigslist or ebay but I have set the bar a lot higher on the TFF. We are more like a family here and I have had many more positive experiences than negative.

I have had great transaction here but had a bad one on the hunting forum invloving a $700 rifle. When I sell anything I am as honest as possible in mentioning everything I know of thats wrong with it. I dont understand the thinking of someone who would try to cover something up or sell something they know has problems. Its just not worth the little extra money they may get.

Seriously, I am sorry somebody would do that to you...I have always done my best to accurately describe the things I sell on ebay or craigslist or yahoo (when they had auctions)...But to be honest, I got so bummed by some of the stuff I received of ebay I took a break from it... How someone can go about selling something without disclosing a problem is beyond me...I've sold numerous cars for my family and I always tell the person buying them everything that I know to be wrong with the vehicle...I wouldn't want to be cheated and I don't cheat people either...

Good. I'm glad she had not given you any problems. If she tells you she is 14, that means 18 in Chinese.
BTW: I have another shipment coming in next month.

Thats exactly what irked me. If they would have told me about the problems, I still would have purchased.

does anyone have any ideas on trading or swaping? If I trade someone and he doesn't send his item to me I'm just stuck out. Is there any way to make sure both parties are being honest with each other about sending items? I ask this because I traded some one something for another and he never sent my item and I was just S.O.L. Thanks guys

I think the best thing to look for is how long the seller has been a member of TFF and to look at there past post..... My .02.
