Just got back from Arkansas, and thoroughly enjoyed my 1st conclave. Great time. Very informative. And awesome fishing. Caught over 30 trout well over 16". May never go back to Southfork in the fall, and that's saying something!!! Browns, bows, a few cutts, and smallie's. met some wonderful new friends, and the campsites at the Norfork Quarry camping area, are really good. Did have one bad day, when the stocking truck, dumped hundreds of trout at my feet, and couldn't catch em. Oh well, maybe next year.

Russell you aren't supposed to try and catch the trout with your hands when they are releasing them from the truck. You are supposed to let them get into the water AND THEN try to catch them with a fly rod. Glad you had a great time. I love Mountain Home and two rivers up there, wonderful scenery and fantastic fishing.

I have stayed in the hotel that is up on the hill to the right of the workers' shoulder on the trout trailer, and have run a backpack shocker all down the riffle upstream of that boat ramp they are unloading on. One word: sculpin. Hundreds and hundreds of them.

I see an Arkansas truck, then I see Conclave on the FFF site, and it says Loveland, Colorado. I am confused.
