ZebcoClassic Outdoorsman Registered: 08/07/08 Posts: 63 Loc: Lake LBJ, Texas	went out night before last and and hooked this lil kitty on a shrimp. hook scale read almost 3.5 lbs. headed out tonight to get its daddy!! had a few others but this was the only one above a couple pounds. _________________________

If the color in the picture is true, that greenish tint and dark discolorations on the body tell me it's a channel. The only real check is to count the anal fins, per the ID chart here: http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/publications/pwdpubs/catfish_diagrams.phtml _________________________ Take a kid fishing!
