I had Buck Foley and his 85 year old father with me yesterday for a great morning of fishing before the storms rolled in. We ended the morning with a nice limit of slabs and 3 catfish caught off of brush piles in 15-19 ft of water on jigs and minnows.

Crappie fishing is still great at Cypress. Skip Winans and his son ended the morning with a nice limit of 50 keepers and several throwbacks on jigs and minnows in 15-20 ft of water. Thanks for the opportunity to take yall fishing and I hope you had a great time.

fishing is still going good at Cypress with lots of nice Crappie biting. I have the 27th, 28th, and 29th open this month and several dates still open in August. Thanks!

Had Larry Junell and his son with me this morning and after waiting out the lightning and a slow start they ended up having a good day. Went out at 8 after the storm passed and fishing was slow while it rained but picked up later in the morning. We ended up with 43 keeper crappie with a 2 lber that was over 16" long and several fish over a pound and a half. Fish were caught on minnows and jigs in 16-18 ft. Thanks again guys!
