So what is your favorite Texas city to visit?

I sure like Galveston. It's close, lot's of good food, and if you know where to go the beaches are nice and clean!

Your opinions on your favorite places to visit?

Del Rio is cool! They have a really good eatin place. It's the last place on the left before you head out to the lake (around the EZ Mart across from the Regency Hotel). Little hole in the wall bar/grill. It was on the food network one time.

Anyway they have a good "Drunkin Chicken!"

Great fishing! My third biggest bass came from there three years ago! Too bad I was prefishing!

Glen Rose. Lots of stuff to do and only an hour and a half drive from me. Really pretty country.

Dinosaur Valley SP
Brazos River
Paluxy River
Wildlife
Fossil Rim
Lots of good eats
Neat cabins

I love lots of places down South too, but it is hard to put the kids through that kind of drive.

The Texas City down by Lamarque is the only one I know of. So, I'll have to say that one is my favorite Texas City to visit.
