Just wanted to see who might be fishing the BFL Rayburn in Sept. I will be there trying to catch a few.

I'll be there! No where near the points race, but I can't pass up Sam Rayburn in September!

Maybe I have so many tournaments, championship this weekend, bass weekend after that then I have stren on Red River after BFL straight into BassnBucks Championship might have to give the BFL a rest I guess will see. Fishing was awesome today on Rayburn hope it stays that way through the month.

Thanks Todd for letting some of us out of town guys have a chance LOL... I fished the Bass Champs there this year and it was rough every tourney maybe we will get a break on the wind this time. Maybe Ron will give me a break as well.

I guess no one is fishing it and I will show up and get a check LOL. Hope to see some of you guys there they are still needing boats so if you want to fish out of your own boat this is the time to show up.

Looks like IKE may put a damper on prefishing this weekend.

The weather sure looks like it could be nasty! I sure hope not. I put off prefishing until this weekend and now this!!

Well we did pretty good this weekend so I'm thinking about fishing it now we'll see how the bassmaster weekend series goes and this Hurricane. Just depends if the Red River looks bad and I can have another good weeknd. I sure hope so its getting good out there.

Did you fish Anglers Quest this weekend?

Yea we fished the super team championship and the saturday series, we figured fishing the media bass tournament would be an overkill three in one day is a lot. Plus we really had to focus on the championship so we could go to the tournament of champions and since they were on opposite sides of the lake it would of been tough. Although it turned out pretty good.

Have they posted the results? Jack Carrol fished them all.

My buddy is sitting in 18th place as a coangler for the year and we waited too late to sign up togather. I didn't know they had a dealine for that.

So now he's sitting in line with 30 other coanglers...waiting!

He needs to fish so that he can make the regional.

So spread the word and let's get a full field. I'd like to compete for the whole $9500!!!

I was wondering what the Co-Anglers side looked like. Last time I tried to get in Late I drew another Boater and we had to share fish/boat. It was NOT FUN!!!!

Spread the word "they need boaters"....my buddy only needs one fish to make regional as a coangler.

Well unfortunatly I wont be able to make it...I really wanted to fish this one too...its a great time of year on Rayburn and worst of all is I am good in points right now...but I have to go to Lake Lewisville for the College National Championship hopefully I will still make the regional

Todd you can miss this one if you need to I will not mind LOL. Ron are you fishing you have got to be the number 2 guy on that lake. I will need all the help I can get any info would be nice Ron you know what the boat looks like so if you and Todd see it go the other way or show me your spots LOL... I will be at the house next week so call me maybe we can meet up at the stump.

Fished Media on Rayburn last weekend and while I didn't get a check, I should have. Don't know how much fishing will change in the next couple of weeks with Ike out there but I caught every fish on crankbaits RC 1.5 early then sat in 15-20 foot and threw to the grass line the rest of the day w/ a DD22. Had one go 5 lbs, and lost one at the boat around 7lbs, the rest were swimmers. Hope this helps.

I'm far away from #2!!! Counting the pennies to see if I can fish. But fishing is really up in the air right now. Nothing consistent. We just couldn't get any big bites during the Media. Even on our new brushpiles. I think the lake is trying to turnover ( http://www.bassfan.com/news_article.asp?id=3051 ) Are you going to have a Stump Blowout Party again???
