Congratulations to 2008 Lake Fork Spring Trail Championship Winners Mike Sanders and Donnie Thweatt

Congratulations to 2008 Lake Fork Spring Trail Anglers of the Year Billy and Kay Dyson

Mike and Donnie teamed up Saturday the 6th of September to claim the title of Lake Fork Spring Team Trail Champions for 2008 with an impressive 5 fish limit weighing 9.93 lbs anchored by a 2.30 lb big bass winning them $800.00 and $150.00 for the no entry fee championship. Mike and Donnie also joined us for the season opener of the Lake Fork Fall Team Trail and took top honors in the season opener with their 9.93lb stringer winning them an additional $1500.00 and the lead in the points race for angler of the year in the Fall Division.

Our anglers of the year for 2 years in a row in this division was husband and wife team Billy and Kay Dyson. They secured their lead early in the season with 2 back to back wins proving they are the team to beat on Lake Fork.

You guys are awesome anglers and competitors and we thank you all for being a part of this trail.

God Bless
Mark and Diane Howard

Yes, go to our website by clicking on the link below. Go to our forum located in the left toolbar. Go to lake fork tournaments and full results are posted for the fall trail and the spring championship. My webmaster will have them loaded on the results page soon for the fall trail.

Thanks Mark

Fantastic job Mike and Donnie, very well done. Congrats to the other winners as well. You Guyz better keep your eyes on Eric that young man is going places I'm bett'n..

It was a lot of fun this year, even though we stunk it up in the Championship we had a blast catching some big slotz.
Sorry about my early departure guyz.. Oppps,I thought I heard
you can go.. Evidently..

I sure felt stupid when Kay says NOBODY"S leaving and I'm trimming up for speed. DUH !!!!!
Here's your sign !!!!! What a Goof Ball...

Thanks to everyone from Kay and myself, we're really looking forward to next year.
This tournament trail is very well run, and the folks involved one and all are a super group of anglers and friends.

If you haven't fished with the JCO Trail you need to give it a shot..

Thanks Mark, and Crew.
