I have a Minn Kota 55# 12 volt trolling motor. I plan to buy a replacement 80# 24 volt trolling motor.

Both trolling motors have the same bolt hole pattern. Do they use toggle bolts to secure the trolling motor to the bow deck or is there another method used. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

After I install my new motor, the used one that has about 12 trips on it will be for sale at $125.00.
