LOL. Don't forget to renew your licenses, the wife and I waited in line at BPS for over an hour today. They were down to one register at one point.

walmart is the best place to go to get your licenses and there is hardly any wait....

Yeah, Bass Pro wouldn't normally be my first choice but I had gift cards that I used to get em.

I got mine friday at BPS waited maybe 6 minutes from start to finish, included my ducks stamp too!! I learn long ago to not wait until the day before or on sept 1st.

the lake was sooooo packed today.
way to many people.

Fished til noon today and managed only 2, biggest was about 2 lbs.

Boat ramp was crowded at Dove. I walked around the cove to the east and around to where the island area was. Man there are alot of deer tracks on that side. Makes me want to go hunting

caught 10 today and 3 slot fish man they could pull...No monsters though

got ahold of em yesterday in the ex hurricane wind....caught 16 big was a 1.9 Boosted caught 10 of them

caught 13 yesterday big was a 2.15

Man I gotta find me some time to get out there! School and work and everything else keeps jamming me up....dangit

Good night of fishing. I knew we should have left while I was ahead and had the big fish for the day. LOL I only caught 6 and my biggest was a 2.10 but it was a mean and angry fish that felt more like a 5 pounder. LOL

its been quiet around here

I have not been able to go out to the lake thanks to work and shift change. I wonder whats going to happen when Ike hits and comes up here... they are saying we are going to get about 5-8 inches of rain when it hits us here in dfw.

GV is not just about 4' low so while I do not wish flooding or storm damage on anyone the lake can use some water..
