Hey I know there will be a ton of boat traffic out there today but, I'd rather fish than sit at home. If anybody goes out there and sees a Bluewave CC south of the island hollar at me. I'm going to try for Sandies and Cats. Going about 4:30 out of West Bay.

Fishing out there was awesome! The catching was'nt. I caught 5 decent keepers and about 10 little 10-15 inch fish. I put the keepers in the live well and then let them go when I got back to West Bay to fight another day.

Catfish. I'm waiting for the rain to subside. As soon as this shower passes over I'm going again. I'm off tomorrow so I can stay out late tonight if I want. If it's not raining in the morning I'll be out there too.

When I purchased my boat on May 1, 2008 I said that I was going to use it no fewer than 3 days a week. So far I've kept my word on going. I live in Azle and work in Azle so when the whistle blows and works done I can be on the water in 25 minutes. I'd rather fish for a couple of hours in the evening than watch TV. I can't wait for duck season to roll around. I'll have a line thrown out for a fish and a shotgun in my hand!

$100.00 For a year of launching at West Bay. It's $5.00 if you just pay each time you go.

I went out this morning and yeah I got wet but I did manage to keep 9 cats and two sandbass. I caught probably about 25 fish total but only the keepers below. Oh one more thing I caught one of the sandbass on Brother Terry's "Stick It"!
