Has anyone tried using the 522C in their truck/car? It would be great if it was possible but 35 bucks for the power cord as an experiment doesn't make sense. Wish I tried mine before installing the power cable in my boat. I am mostly wondering about the satellite to internal antenna reception.

Just out of curiosity, why do you want to install your 522 in your vehicle? Are you planning on driving it into the lake? grin
