Did not know where to post this??

For the longest time I’ve dove hunted in hart west Texas but my friends grandfother sold the land. So this year we have no where to hunt doves I live in Bedford close to DFW I would love some where to dove hunt with my dad , and 2 brothers if anyone knows I place please let me know. Thanks

Get a public hunting permit, this opens up a ton of land close by to you, I went this morning worked a 2 mile by half mile pasture, not a one bird, but it is not always like that, somedays you get 50-60 chances at birds, go during the week, only one other guy out there today, well worth it. It takes a bit to get the booklet of available dove properties but you can check online with TPW.

IMHO the best season long dove hunting in this area on the APH is along the west side of Ray Roberts.

what is IMHO and APH ??? Have you go out there this year

APH = Annual Public Hunting Permit

No I hunt a place in Sanger close to there and did real well on opening. I have hunted there in years past and did pretty good though.
