Fished with CV(SlabmeSilly) today and we cleaned up on some of the nicest crappie all summer. Started the day looking for places to buy fishing license and after 2 hrs later, we got on the lake. It started out pretty nice, but the winds started to pick up ...so we went to a place that is out of the wind and started to catch good 'uns immediately. Ended with 39 keepers ...with none less than 12" and one being 2 lbs 1 oz Most of the fish were caught on SlabmeSilly jigs in 1/16th oz or bigger. The dang guy out fished me today, but I got the biggest fish Here are a few pics:

Thanks to +H2O, Anh and I have been talking about fishing together for a long while now but never had a chance until today. Between the 2 of us we have enough 11" (Dinka for Tawokoni) that we threw back to easily made a limit of 25...Wind was definitely not in my favor or the action could have been awesome.
I don't often get to fish without controlling the boat so it was nice to let Anh doing the work....hehehe. (this dude can fish and fish)
All and all I do miss Tawokoni since last year spring so it's nice to have found some today.... Go get them!!!

Cellis, from what I can tell, you are having way too much fun at JP lately, congrat!!!....I don't think it's the jigger in my case, but rather the JIGS and the RODS....I am way too lucky for it to be a jigger

Expect a hefty weigh in if they bite on the 13th because TWKN crappies are known for being GLUTTING!!!! it's never enough, they keep on eating and eating...Look at how full this one already is, yet she still wants some more by taking my JIG


One note, the guy in the yellow bannana is no stranger to many of you who do tournaments regularly so it was a pleasure for me to see a GURU like him work his behind off... This guy can glue on a brush pile at high wind so I could fish. Bravo to +H2O.
Next trip w/ him is my turn to take my boat..(hopefully, it won't be nearly as windy as yesterday)
